Opening of Saatchi Gallery
Over 3000 people attended the red carpet celebrity opening of the new Saatchi Gallery in its stunning new home in Duke of York’s HQ, Chelsea.
Events

In its first week the Gallery hosted an array of events including a dinner where appropriately the speaker was London’s Mayor, Boris Johnson.

Others that have used the Saatchi Gallery so far include: Audi, British Council, Chanel, Deutsche Bank, Google, Matthew Williamson, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Sunday Times, UBS, Unilever and Vodafone, to name a few.

As U2 finished their long awaited new album, Universal needed to find an iconic, yet cutting edge venue in which to release it to the world's music press. They chose the Saatchi Gallery, so on January 27th over 200 of the world’s leading music aficionados became the first people to hear the much anticipated album.

One of the galleries was then transformed with projection, lighting and obviously state of the art sound resulting in the ideal environment for such a unique event.
